Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once:

A booking confirmation is issued

The required deposit has been received
Payment conditions will be specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms are specified in the booking agreement.
In general:

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: partial refund

Cancellation less than 60 days: non-refundable
Travel insurance is recommended.
Use of the property
Guests agree to:

Respect the property and surroundings

Avoid excessive noise

Follow local safety rules
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
Liability
Maison Louane is not liable for:

Accidents on the property
-
Loss of personal belongings
-
Interruptions caused by external factors (weather, utilities)
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
Force majeure
We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
